I dream of the mountain & its gift of fire

All the light of the Caucasus falls on your body
as though into a little vase of glass, infinite,
where the water transforms itself, by dressing, by singing
at every transparent move of the river.

‘Through the mountains you pass like the breeze’

XVIII  From: ‘Cien sonetos de amor’

- Pablo Neruda

I dream of it
like an arrow of wild fragrance
drowning the autumn air
with stains of spring's first awakening
pushing, forming
it arrives not as raindrops slowly
trickling but sudden piercing flash
of thunderstorm
pouring like honey
all the light of the Caucasus falls on your body

dusty golden, you are dawn
unpetaled, blazing
rising above mountains, weaving the earth
with new watercolors
I dream of it
like symphony's
unbroken melody
recochetting between our bones
intimate as thinnest filament
as though into a little vase of glass, infinite,

love, with its immeasurable weight of sea,
is sailing through all the continents
seeking you
seeking me and all my words
fragmented as lost diamonds
I wait between harvests, spinning
music on this wet earth
I dream of it
like silkworm cocoons, of beginnings
where the water transforms itself, by dressing, by singing

through every season
flamboyant and effervescent
on my lips, cinnamon wine
on my skin, burning kisses
I dream of this
under the night sky as it shimmers
electric purple
ringed pregnant with silence
your every memory stabs the darkness deep that I shiver
at every transparent move of the river.

Gently weeps

the morning dusk embrace me
warm like your hand on my bosom

i hear your restful sounds on my side
as i gaze out the cloudless grey sky

not for the first time, i ponder on white sea shell,
and faded beach picture tucked away in small box

remnants of another day, another place
in time, makes me weep gently

i wonder if you know why i don't play

the guitar anymore

I don't play the guitar; but the sounds are beautiful and made me write a melancholy poem.

Gentle night

i inhale your tender sighs
warming my soft breasts

i savor the slow beat
flickering candle lights

i listen to silky cadence
enveloped in your ardent arms

our hands grasp firmly
sea of our passion

cherishing breadth and
fullness of precious time

gentle is the night
when we celebrate us

Dark love

the bed linen soaked your dark passion
as your hands gripped my pale cheeks
kissing my lips until I was bruised pink
crushed in the death grip of your arms
i felt no tenderness nor waning of your lust
you wanted to scourge my body into hades

all the flowers from my hair fell, scattered
in the floor, cold and metallic, unlike the soft
garden of my home, now so very far away
your long limbs pressed close, eyes glazing
not even the shadows of the night can hide
your fierce ardor, unapologetic and raw

my maidenly robe hanged, ripped, crumpled,
by doorway between earth and hell
I could not tell the difference, forgetting as
I came alive, writhing under your soft mouth
warm, fervent hands kneading my bare skin

my lips sighed, moaned, drowning out
mother’s pleas and cries in the wind
all over the world, her anguish echoed
tears killing the lush meadows, soil
wasteland, barren and empty like her heart

forget, I wanted to, my motherland
as your lips devoured my cup, filling

every inch of my pure white flesh
in throes of black spell, i felt alive
your queen, replete with your fruits

offering pomegranate seeds for my rest
a taste of heaven you said, and I took it
slowly licking reddish pulp from your fingers
coal eyes glowed with pride as you gazed
at velvet purple ribbon around my neck

First touch

sighs
breathes in
exhales slowly
hips welded together
bodies quivering with desire
holding the sensation
at the first blush
first touch
exquisite

The music we play

Grip me firmly
Strike the chords of my desire
Pluck my  breasts with your fingers
Pound my keys with your hands
Gently, now harder and faster

As you slam the bow against my violin
I forgot the lyrics of the ensemble piece
Amidst the crescendo of grunts and moans
And the notes of Ahs and Yes
Oh, what beautiful music we play together.

The colors of us

Red
Blue
Green
Yellow
Brown
Black

I see a
thousand colors
as you
stroke and painted
my little world.
