I am sooooo with you on the cook and clean.
ReplyDeleteha...you just have to let them know they dont get to do the rest without those two....smiles...
ReplyDeleteKinect is awesome!
ReplyDeleteI prefer the controller thank you very much. If I wanted to jump around I'd go outdoors or chase the cat..haha. Amazing though, crap! I used that word again.
ReplyDeleteIs that like Pac-Man?
ReplyDeleteYou are such a great talent.
I know I'm always in for a treat when I visit you.
Loved your 55
Thanks for playing, and including me in your writing activity, and have a Kick Ass Week-End
if only house would
ReplyDeleteobey when I say
cook
clean
If you figure out the secret, please let me know.
I enjoyed the Wii...
ReplyDeleteMy house is just like yours - totally oblivious of commands! :)
ReplyDeleteLoved your 55!
Oh, I want to know the secret of getting the house clean on command too!
ReplyDeleteAmen, sistah!
ReplyDeleteTell us when you got the house trained.
Is that like Pong? Ha ha. My favorite game is still PacMan because those are the only two games I have ever played. Crazy, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteThis was fun with a little reminder and poke at modern day.
ReplyDeleteNice to meet you too.
A contractor friend of mine is building a "smart house" in which you can control the heating & lighting from your ipad/iphone (even if you're not home). I'm going to ask him if you can also control the cooking & cleaning. Wouldn't that be amazing?
ReplyDeleteYep! Hubby once asked what I wanted for dinner and I replied, "A replicator, like on Star Trek. Does the cooking for you..no clean up or leftovers".
ReplyDeleteClever one!
We're getting closer, but I think there's intrinsic value in doing it for yourself.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and congrats for your new award.
ReplyDeleteI love it. Clean. Can I say to the dogs, "Take yourself on a walk?"
ReplyDeleteKinect is uber cool...
ReplyDeletea very refreshing post
thank you for sharing

Loved this! I also wish my house would obey simple commands, but I'm having enough trouble getting the husband and child to listen!
ReplyDeleteMy house never obeys either! As a matter of fact, it is often quite oppositional!
ReplyDelete"Clean" might be a future possibility with robots. :)
ReplyDelete2011 was a year full of changes.
I leave a list for the house and surprisingly 4 teenagers that reside in it, follow the directions to a T. House is very happy and so is Mom.
ReplyDeleteHouse never obeys!!! Almost as bad as kids and dogs. LOL. (I loved this.)
ReplyDeleteNow, that is exactly what I needed today...a house that obeys wishes. As it goes, reality shows husband a messy house when he comes home tonight. Tomorrow, tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you got some great Christmas gifts...and you deserve them!
:) love it!
ReplyDeleteI can hardly wait for the house to listen to that "cook" command. Great, fun write!
ReplyDeletei love this!....how i wish house would be at my command!
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing!
I wish my house would do this.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea, well worked out.
ReplyDeletesounds like my house - enjoy!
ReplyDeletesmiles...those that need to, know...
ReplyDeleteX
I have been running around the house begging it to clean, vacuum, dust, and still it just sits there and does nothing. I am thinking of just getting rid of it and waiting until they make one of those houses like in the Jetson's. Although I do worry about getting a Terminator house that decides to get rid of me, but I am sure the house will outlast me anyway. I think I am going to sleep with one eye open from now on. This house scares me.
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing with us this week at Theme Thursday.
God bless.
